Sub-processors

This page lists the third-party service providers ("sub-processors") that Cardinalis Advisory currently engages to support delivery of the SynupService. This list is provided in addition to, and may be updated independently of, our Privacy Policy. We will provide notice of material changes to this list through this page.

Each sub-processor is engaged under written terms that include appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations, and is authorized to process personal information only as necessary to perform services for us.

Current Sub-processors

  • Supabase, Vercel, and Railway — infrastructure, hosting, database, and storage services.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Telegram, Google, and Apple — authentication and account-access services.
  • Twilio — phone number verification codes (SMS) for sign-in.
  • Google Maps Platform — mapping, geocoding, and location search services.
  • Zoho Mail — operational, support, and privacy-related email communications.
  • Resend — delivery of user-facing email, including account, notification, and (where consented) marketing messages.
  • Expo — delivery of mobile push notifications to the iOS and Android applications.
  • PostHog — EU-hosted, pseudonymous product analytics, as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot detection and abuse prevention on public-facing interfaces.
  • Sentry — error tracking, performance monitoring, and operational diagnostics. Events are scrubbed for known personal-information fields before transmission.
